Kolkata/IBNS, Aug. 14 -- Rabindranath Tagore's timeless themes of migration, identity, love, loss and belonging are set to reach global audiences through a new international cinematic project titled The Tagore Trilogy.

Developed across Singapore, India and the United Kingdom, the trilogy will explore the human experiences associated with migration and displacement. While each film will stand independently, the three-part series will collectively trace an emotional journey from displacement and separation to self-discovery, belonging and human connection.

The first film is targeted for release in May 2027.
