New Delhi/IBNS, Dec. 22 -- The Supreme Court on Monday refused to urgently hear a plea seeking to stop the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) from offering a ceremonial chadar at the Ajmer Sharif dargah on December 22, media reports said.
A Special Division Bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant declined the oral mention of the plea, which sought to halt the offering of the chadar at the shrine of Sufi mystic Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer.
