India, March 30 -- An Indian national was killed after Iran allegedly struck a power and water desalination facility in Kuwait on Monday, according to media reports.

Quoting Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on X that a service building at one of the country's power and water distillation plants was damaged in what it described as a "brutal Iranian attack," resulting in the death of a worker of Indian nationality.

The identity of the deceased has not yet been released.
