India, Nov. 3 -- Indian women's cricket team left enthusiasts happy with their World Cup-winning performance on Sunday, and their victory also caught the attention of Indian-origin tech giants- Satya Nadella and Sundar Pichai- who shared their greetings with the mighty eves.

Sundar Pichai, Google CEO, remembered the 1983 and 2011 World Cup memories while congratulating the Indian women's team.

He said: "That was a nail-biting women's world cup cricket final, memories of 1983 and 2011 indeed. Congrats to team India, am sure will inspire a whole generation. Great tournament from South Africa too!."
