India, Sept. 26 -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has claimed that Russia is increasingly targeting data centres and internet providers in an apparent attempt to disrupt the country's communications network.

Sharing details on X, Zelenskyy said Russian forces had also carried out a drone strike on a warehouse used by McDonald's.

"There were also drone strikes today on a warehouse used by McDonald's. An attack drone - against ordinary food products," Zelenskyy wrote.

Zelenskyy said the attacks were undermining people's ability to remain connected, study and work.

He also said at least four people had been killed in a Russian drone strike on an office building in Kyiv.
