India, July 30 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has posted his fourth Instagram video in less than a week on the paper leak controversy, praising Parliament's passage of the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026.

The Bill, which proposes tougher punishment for paper leaks and fast-track courts to deal with such cases, was passed by the Lok Sabha on Wednesday and cleared by the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.

The Prime Minister had promised the legislation in his first Instagram video on the issue last week, amid growing concerns over paper leaks and the impact on students.
