NEET protest back on street: CJP announces Sept 5 Delhi march over 'unkept promises'
India, Aug. 24 -- Barely four weeks after calling off its NEET paper leak protest, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a fresh mobilisation in Delhi, accusing the government of failing to fulfil commitments made to protesters.
The satirical group said it will hold a "peaceful march" on September 5, starting from India Gate and ending at the Delhi Police Headquarters.
The announcement comes weeks after the group withdrew its nationwide agitation after claiming that the government had agreed to meet its key demands.
