India, May 25 -- A doctor recently shared an Instagram video highlighting an Indian couple, married in childhood, and their obsession with having another male child.

The video was posted by Uttar Pradesh-based gynaecologist Pragya Tomar, who expressed concern for the 22-year-old pregnant woman featured in the clip, as she is expecting her sixth child.

The couple, from Rajasthan, already have five children - four daughters and one son. Despite this, they decided to expand their family once again.

During the interaction, the woman told the doctor, "We are only having girls and a single boy. We need another boy."

Surprisingly, her husband claimed that having just one son would not be "enough" to support the family.
