India, Aug. 17 -- PM Narendra Modi inaugurated two major National Highway projects worth a combined cost of nearly Rs.11,000 crore at Rohini, Delhi on Sunday, claiming that the national capital city is witnessing a development revolution.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister remarked on the significance of the location, stating that the name of the expressway is "Dwarka," and the programme is being held at "Rohini."

He highlighted the festive spirit of Janmashtami and noted the coincidence that he himself hails from the land of Dwarkadhish.

The Prime Minister observed that the entire atmosphere has become deeply infused with the essence of Lord Krishna.
