New Delhi/IBNS, Aug. 18 -- Several schools in the national capital received bomb threats, forcing evacuation and security checks, media reports said.

The threat was received over mail.

Police, bomb disposal squads and Delhi Fire Service rushed to the schools and started security searches.

On July 18, over 50 schools in Delhi had received bomb threats over mail.

Abhinav Public School (Rohini Sector 3) and Richmond Global School (Paschim Vihar) were among the schools that had received the threat.

No explosives or suspicious objects were found at any location.
