India, March 16 -- The Iranian Embassy in India has thanked the Indian public for showing interest in providing humanitarian assistance to people affected by the ongoing conflict in Iran.
However, the embassy said it is currently facing technical difficulties in accepting donations through online banking platforms.
The embassy also urged people not to use online payment platforms such as GPay for donations at the moment.
"We are currently working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please note the following: Kindly do not use GP, as it is currently not functioning for this purpose. Cash donations may be made directly at the Embassy," the post added.
