India, March 8 -- Fuel tanks at Kuwait airport were targeted, and at least 15 drones were intercepted in Saudi Arabia as Iran continued attacks across the Gulf, a day after its President Masoud Pezeshkian said Tehran would not strike neighbouring countries.
Qatar's defence ministry said the country had been targeted a day earlier by 10 ballistic missiles and two cruise missiles fired from Iran.
Most of the projectiles were intercepted, and no casualties were reported.
A separate statement said some civilian facilities suffered material damage after fragments from intercepted drones fell in the area.
