India, April 25 -- Uncertainty over the second round of US-Iran talks intensified after Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi concluded meetings with Pakistan's top leadership in Islamabad without confirming participation in direct negotiations with Washington.
The development has left diplomatic efforts in a state of ambiguity, even as preparations for another round of talks continue.
Araghchi met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Army Chief Asim Munir during his visit.
