New Delhi/IBNS, March 5 -- India and Finland have taken a significant step towards strengthening bilateral ties after signing a comprehensive migration and mobility agreement aimed at expanding collaboration in education, research and innovation.
The agreement was announced following talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finnish President Alexander Stubb during a joint press briefing in New Delhi on Thursday.
Both leaders highlighted the growing convergence between the two countries in areas such as talent mobility, scientific research and startup ecosystems.
Prime Minister Modi described the newly signed migration and mobility agreement as a major milestone in connecting the innovation environments of the two nations.
