India, Oct. 12 -- Four Pakistani terrorists, including a senior Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander, were killed in a landmine blast while allegedly attempting to infiltrate India across the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district on Monday, officials said.

The explosion occurred in the Satwal-Naki area of the Krishna Ghati sector when a group of suspected infiltrators from the Pakistan-administered side of the LoC attempted to cross into Indian territory.

The powerful blast, reportedly caused by an improvised explosive device (IED), triggered heightened security measures in the forward areas.
