Delhi/IBNS, April 27 -- Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced that he will not appear before the Delhi High Court bench led by Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the excise policy case, stating that he has lost confidence in the court's ability to deliver justice.

The decision follows the judge's refusal to recuse herself from the case, despite objections raised by Kejriwal.
