Mumbai/IBNS, Aug. 19 -- Emraan Hashmi-starrer Awarapan 2, which has marked a strong comeback for the Bollywood actor, has crossed the Rs 100 crore milestone at the box office.

Awarapan 2 opened at around Rs 22 crore net in India on its first day, according to early trade reports, marking the biggest opening of Hashmi's career.

The film collected around Rs 81.75 crore net in its first three days before adding another Rs 9.25 crore on Monday.

Awarapan 2 is the sequel to Emraan Hashmi's 2007 cult romantic thriller Awarapan.
