India, Aug. 28 -- Every morning, many people begin their day with a cup of coffee, often without realising that the popular beverage may offer potential benefits for liver health.

The liver is a vital organ that can be affected by lifestyle factors, alcohol consumption and other health conditions. Research has increasingly explored a possible link between regular coffee consumption and a lower risk of certain liver diseases.
