Los Angeles/IBNS, Sept. 3 -- Days after American singing sensation Dolly Parton died at the age of 80, her niece Jada Star has opened up about the final days of the 'Queen of Country'.

In an interview with Extra, Star described Parton's death as "really difficult and very surreal".

Parton died peacefully in Nashville, Tennessee, following what her team described as a brief battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones at the time of her death.
