India, March 8 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the Indian men's cricket team on Sunday for winning the T20 World Cup, saying the victory filled every Indian heart with pride and joy.

In a congratulatory message posted on X, Narendra Modi wrote: "Champions! Congratulations to the Indian team on winning the ICC Men's T20 World Cup."
