India, May 25 -- A terrifying mid-air collision was captured on camera when a small aircraft struck a paraglider's canopy, sending a woman spiralling out of control through the sky before she miraculously managed to land safely.

The paraglider, identified as 44-year-old Sabrina, was flying near the scenic Schmittenhohe mountain in northern Austria on Saturday when the incident occurred. According to reports, her recreational glide took a dangerous turn when a small sightseeing plane suddenly flew directly through her equipment, just feet above her.
