India, April 30 -- In a significant interim win for Kiaan and Samaira, the children of Karisma Kapoor, the Delhi High Court has ordered that the massive estate of late businessman Sunjay Kapur be preserved.

The court said the assets - estimated at Rs.30,000 crore - must not be sold or dissipated until the dispute is resolved.

Allegations against Priya Sachdeva Kapur

Kiaan and Samaira, from Sunjay Kapur's second marriage, have accused his third wife, Priya Sachdeva Kapur, of forging a will and concealing key assets.

They claim the list submitted to the court excludes valuable items such as polo horses, luxury watches - including brands like Rolex - as well as high-value properties and artworks.
