India, May 13 -- Satish Chandra Dubey, Minister of State for Coal and Mines, visited Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) on Wednesday to review the company's operational achievements, ongoing initiatives, and strategic roadmap for future growth.

During the visit, detailed discussions were held on key operational aspects, including coal production, dispatch, mine safety, operational efficiency, and ECL's sustainable development initiatives.

As part of the programme, the Minister visited ECL's Kunustoria Area, where he was welcomed by Satish Jha in the presence of Md.
