India, Aug. 20 -- A 21-year-old man, identified as Lingamaneni Sanjush, son of Rajya Sabha MP and businessman Lingamaneni Ramesh, has been booked after his Aston Martin allegedly struck and killed a 26-year-old woman in Hyderabad's Madhapur area, media reports said.

The victim, Bharathi Mukhi, worked at the Lifestyle clothing store at Inorbit Mall. She died after being hit by the luxury car while crossing the road near her workplace on August 16.

Police identified Sanjush as the person driving the car at the time of the accident. He has not been arrested so far.
