Kolkata, July 27 -- Sahil Rajesh Jadhav, a rising Indian archer from the Sports Authority of India's National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) in Kolkata, scripted history at the FISU World University Games 2025 in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany, by winning both gold and silver medals.
The World University Games, which concluded on July 27, brought together top university athletes from across the globe.
In the high-stakes archery finals, Jadhav's composure and precision stood out, earning India a coveted gold and adding to the country's growing presence in international compound archery.
