India, Aug. 27 -- An American political analyst recently triggered a controversy when she used a Hindi abuse 'Chu****' during an interview to criticise US President Donald Trump and his administration, leaving the interviewer smiling.

Carol Christine Fair remarked during her conversation with Pakistan-origin British journalist Moeed Pirzada, referring to the sudden deterioration in the relationship shared between India and the USA.

The word 'chu****' loosely translates in Hindi to 'idiot'.

The video of the conversation has now gone viral online.
