Montreal, Feb. 18 -- Air Canada will expand its Mexico network this summer, increasing seat capacity by 18% compared with last year and launching a new year-round route between Montreal and Guadalajara.
The new Montreal-Guadalajara service will begin in June 2026. The airline will also increase flight frequencies on several existing routes, including Montreal-Cancun to 11 weekly flights, Toronto-Monterrey to four weekly flights, Vancouver-Mexico City to 11 weekly flights and Vancouver-Puerto Vallarta to two weekly flights.
The expansion comes as Canada and Mexico deepen economic ties and Canadian businesses seek to diversify trade beyond traditional markets.
