India, Oct. 15 -- Pakistan and Afghan Taliban forces clashed along the border on Wednesday in one of the deadliest cross-border confrontations in recent years, leaving dozens dead and many others wounded, according to media and official sources from both sides.
Afghanistan's Taliban government accused Pakistan of launching attacks on the Spin Boldak area in Kandahar province, prompting Afghan forces to retaliate and capture several Pakistani border posts.
