India, Sept. 20 -- Three people were killed and another was critically injured after a speeding BMW crashed on Mumbai's Coastal Road and plunged off a bridge in the early hours of Sunday.

The black BMW was travelling from Marine Drive towards Haji Ali when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle.

The car crashed into a boundary wall before falling off the bridge.

Three dead, one critical

The Coastal Road Control Room received information about the accident at around 5:20 am.

The deceased have been identified as 21-year-old Shanay Gajjal and 17-year-old Dhirya Seth. The identity of the third victim, a 25-year-old man, is yet to be confirmed.
