India, June 19 -- Former India all-rounder and World Cup hero Yuvraj Singh is likely to begin his coaching career in 2027 by joining the support staff of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals.

According to TimesofIndia.com, Sourav Ganguly-who is expected to head the franchise's support setup when JSW Group takes over operations for the next two-year cycle-will have his former India teammate in the dugout.

A senior Delhi Capitals official has confirmed the development to the newspaper.

The team has struggled in recent seasons, failing to reach the playoffs in the last two years. This year, Delhi Capitals finished sixth in the standings.
