New Delhi/IBNS, Aug. 10 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised boxer Lovlina Borgohain for objecting to a distorted map of India that she spotted at a restaurant in Glasgow during the 2026 Commonwealth Games, media reports said.
Modi raised the incident during his recent interaction with India's Commonwealth Games medallists following their return from Scotland.
During the interaction, Modi asked Borgohain about the incident at the restaurant.
Borgohain explained that she had visited the restaurant on the final day of the tournament and noticed an inaccurate map of India.
