India, Sept. 11 -- Two Hindu minor girls, aged 13 and 14 according to minority rights activists, broke down and pleaded to return home after a court in Pakistan's Sindh province declined to send them back to their parents and instead ordered that they be moved to a safe house.

The girls were identified by minority rights activists as Sita and Rupi, who reportedly belong to the Kachhi Kolhi community.

They were allegedly kidnapped and married to Amjad Solangi and Mansoor Solangi, according to News18.

"The court has ordered that they be kept in a safe house for two days," the group said.
