'Victory of democracy': Sonam Wangchuk congratulates Gen Z as Dharmendra Pradhan resigns after month-long NEET protests
New Delhi/IBNS, July 25 -- Activist Sonam Wangchuk has called Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation a "victory of democracy, peace, patience and perseverance" after the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-led protests over the NEET paper leak continued for nearly a month.
Wangchuk's hunger strike
Wangchuk, who had been on a hunger strike since June 28 over the issue, ended his fast on Friday night in the presence of Union Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda.
