New Delhi/IBNS, July 16 -- The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the Centre to take all necessary steps to safeguard the health of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, whose indefinite hunger strike entered its 19th day, media reports said.

Wangchuk is on a fast demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged paper leak controversy and broader issues concerning the education sector.
