Kolkata/IBNS, Sept. 28 -- Citizen Watches celebrated its golden jubilee anniversary of its Eco-Drive innovation on Thursday, with Bengali actor Abir Chatterjee joining the senior management of Citizen Watches India, to inaugurate a new flagship store at South City Mall.

The celebration marked five decades of Eco-Drive, Citizen's technology that harnesses light to power watches and eliminates the need for regular battery replacement. The technology also reflects the brand's focus on developing more sustainable watchmaking solutions.

The anniversary celebration marked the occasion of the newly relocated Citizen flagship shop in the city which was presented as an enhanced retail experience for watch enthusiasts and consumers.
