Kolkata/IBNS, Feb. 19 -- West Indies advanced to the Super 8 stage of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026 unbeaten after thrashing tournament debutants Italy by 42 runs in their final Group C match at Eden Gardens on Thursday.
Shamar Joseph and Matthew Forde starred with the ball, claiming four and three wickets respectively to ensure the Group C toppers wrapped up proceedings swiftly.
