New Delhi/IBNS, Aug. 1 -- The girl who abused Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the NEET paper-leak protests at Delhi's Jantar Mantar has issued a public apology to the Prime Minister and the country.

Teen apologises in video message

In a video message, the teenager, dressed in a striped T-shirt, folded her hands and sought forgiveness, saying she was "ashamed" of her actions and had acted under the influence of other protesters.

The girl who claims to be a teenager also apologised to the country and concluded her message by saying, "Please forgive me."
