Mumbai/IBNS, Oct. 8 -- The Bombay High Court on Wednesday denied permission to Shilpa Shetty to travel abroad in view of the fraud charges levelled against the Bollywood actress and her businessman husband Raj Kundra, media reports said.

The court noted a lookout circular against the couple by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) so they can't travel abroad.

When the court asked for the invitation, the lawyer said the formal invitation will be sent only when the court grants the permission.

The court not only denied the permission but also asked Shilpa to pay Rs. 60 crore.

The case will be heard next on October 14.

Last year, the couple were denied permission to travel to Phuket, Thailand for a family vacation.
