Chennai/IBNS, July 15 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay has reiterated his government's commitment to fighting corruption, asserting that no one will be allowed to engage in corrupt practices during his tenure, media reports said.

Addressing a public rally in Karur last week, Vijay urged citizens to refuse to pay bribes and assured them of his government's support if they faced harassment.

'Don't pay bribes, I will stand with you'

Speaking at the rally, Vijay said people should firmly reject demands for bribes from government officials.
