India, May 23 -- Online travel aggregator (OTA) Yatra's consolidated net profit tanked 46.1% to Rs.8.2 Cr in Q4 FY26 from Rs.15.2 Cr in the year ago quarter. On a QoQ basis, profit after tax (PAT) fell 1.6% from Rs.8.3 Cr reported in the previous quarter.

The bottom line was impacted as the company's revenue from operations declined nearly 14% to Rs.189 Cr from Rs.218.9 Cr in the year-ago quarter. The company's top line also declined 26.4% from Rs.256.8 Cr recorded in the previous quarter.

Including other income of Rs.10.4 Cr, Yatra's total income for the period stood at Rs.199.4 Cr.

Total expenses for the quarter stood at Rs.193.7 Cr, down nearly 10% from Rs.215.2 Cr during the same period last fiscal.
