India, Aug. 8 -- Wellington Management has sold shares worth INR 53.7 Cr in logistics major BlackBuck via a bulk deal on the NSE.
As per NSE data, the transaction involved sale of 9.9 Lakh shares at INR 540.54 per share by its offshore fund Ithan Creek Master Investors (Cayman) L.P.F. Post-sale, Wellington's exact holding in BlackBuck is not disclosed.
However, as of June 2025 shareholding pattern of BlackBuck on BSE, Wellington owned about 1.26% of the company. As per that, Wellington has sold about 42% of its equity in the company. After the deal, it now owns about 0.72% of the company.
The deal comes after BlackBuck reported a 57% YoY jump in Q1 FY26 revenue to INR 144 Cr. Net profit for the quarter stood at INR 34 Cr, up 17% YoY. B...
