India, July 31 -- Home services company Urban Company posted yet another loss-making quarter, reporting a consolidated net loss of Rs.92.1 Cr in Q1 FY27 as against a profit of Rs.6.9 Cr in the year-ago period.

The company had posted a loss of Rs.161.2 Cr in the preceding March quarter.

Operating revenue zoomed 43.9% to Rs.528.3 Cr during the quarter under review from Rs.367.3 Cr in Q1 FY26.

Overall adjusted EBITDA loss for the quarter stood at Rs.65 Cr as against an EBITDA profit of Rs.21 Cr in the year-ago quarter and EBITDA loss of Rs.98 Cr in Q4 FY26.

Total expenses surged 66.5% YoY to Rs.639.9 Cr during the quarter as the company continued to invest aggressively to ramp up its instant home services vertical InstaHelp. The company ...
