India, Aug. 13 -- Ecommerce SaaS company Unicommerce posted a 20% increase in its consolidated net profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2026-27 (Q1 FY27) to Rs.4.7 Cr from Rs.3.9 Cr in the previous-year quarter. Sequentially, the company's profit increased 37.5% from Rs.3.4 Cr.

Revenue from contract with customers grew 14.3% to Rs.51.4 Cr during the quarter under review from Rs.44.9 Cr in Q1 FY26. On a quarterly basis, it dropped marginally by 0.5% from Rs.51.6 Cr.

Including other income of Rs.1.4 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at Rs.52.8 Cr. Meanwhile, Unicommerce's total expenditure increased 19% YoY at Rs.48.2 Cr.
