India, Aug. 11 -- Managed workspace provider Table Space has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs.800 Cr and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 6.55 Cr equity shares.

Table Space promoter AGS TS II Holdings, which is controlled by funds of global investment manager Hillhouse Investment, RSP Real Estate LLP, and individual shareholders including Srinivas Prasad, Ramachandra Venkatasubba Rao, and Narendra Kumar Kamaraju plan to offload shares via the OFS.

Meanwhile, Table Space founder Karan Chopra and co-CEO Kunal Mehra plan to sell 13.11 Lakh and 1 Cr shares, respectively. While Chopra currently owns 12.47% stake in the company, Mehra's share stands at 3.57%
