India, Aug. 19 -- Smart kitchen brand Beyond Appliances has secured $4 Mn (INR 34.9 Cr) in a Series A funding round led by existing investor Fireside Ventures, with participation from Dharana Capital.

The startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its manufacturing capabilities, with plans to launch two new production facilities within the next year. The move is aimed at both diversifying its product portfolio and boosting research and development (R&D) innovation.

As of now, four of its manufacturing units are operational.
