India, May 14 -- Shadowfax turned profitable in the fourth quarter of the financial year ending March 2026 (Q4 FY26), reporting a consolidated net profit of Rs.55.8 Cr as against a net loss of Rs.9.9 Cr in the year-ago period. Sequentially, profit increased multifold from Rs.3.5 Cr.

Revenue from operations increased 73.6% to Rs.1,237 Cr from Rs.712.4 Cr in the same period last year. On a QoQ basis, it increased 6.7% from Rs.1,159.7 Cr.

Including other income of Rs.15.5 Cr, total income stood at Rs.1,242.6 Cr during the period under review.

Meanwhile, total expenses grew 64.2% to Rs.1,197.7 Cr in Q4 FY26.
