India, Oct. 13 -- Early backer Qualcomm Ventures has sold 57.1 Lakh shares of listed logistics company Shadowfax via an open-market transaction for Rs.157.3 Cr.

According to BSE data, the chipmaker, via its affiliate Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited, sold the shares at Rs.275.3 apiece to rake in the amount. This represented a discount of 6.6% against the stock's last closing price on Monday.

Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Ltd owned 2.26% stake, or 1.32 Cr shares, in Shadowfax at the end of June 2026. However, the chipmaker then diluted some of this shareholding and sold 75 Lakh shares worth Rs.183.9 Cr in August.
