India, Aug. 24 -- Shadowfax's early investor Qualcomm Ventures sold 75 Lakh shares in a block deal worth Rs.183.85 Cr in Shadowfax on Sunday (August 23).

As per BSE data, the firm, via its Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Limited, sold the shares at Rs.245.13 apiece to rake in the amount. This is 6.2% less than the stock's closing price of Rs.255.45 on Friday.

Qualcomm Asia Pacific Pte Ltd owned 2.26% stake or 1.32 Cr shares in Shadowfax, as of June 2026. The investor first backed Shadowfax in 2018, as part of its $22 Mn Series C funding round, alongside Mirae Asset and Eight Roads Ventures.

It last offloaded 52.75 Lakh shares worth Rs.65.4 Cr in the company via its IPO in January. The logistics company listed at a 9.19% discount at Rs.112.60...
