India, Sept. 17 -- Healthtech startup Practo has overhauled its top leadership, appointing former COO Jagnoor Singh as CEO, while cofounder and former CEO Shashank ND Singh has moved to the expanded role of MD and executive chairman.

Singh's appointment took effect on September 1. He will lead Practo's overall strategy, growth, and operations across its global markets, the startup said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Shashank will focus on Practo's long-term vision, product and strategy, innovation agenda, capital strategy, inorganic growth, and corporate development initiatives.
