India, May 5 -- Logistics AI unicorn Netradyne has acquired Europe-based fleet management company Moove Connected Mobility to strengthen its presence in the market.

With this acquisition, Netradyne plans to combine its AI-driven platform with Moove's customer relationships and operational experience to strengthen its enterprise offerings in Europe. However, it did not disclose the financial details of the deal.

Moove will now become a part of Netradyne Europe. The acquired entity will serve as the central operating hub for regional sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development.

As part of the acquisition, Moove's former CEO Jeroen Bruinooge will assume the role of SVP and general manager of Netradyne Europe.
